Delaware County Prosecutor Mark McKinney received as much as $100,000 over the past several years. This was related to forfeiture cases handled by the Drug Task Force over that period of time. McKinney indicates he reported this income on his tax returns, even though 1099 tax forms were not sent to him to cover the amount. Judge Richard Dailey has set another hearing at 1:30 p.m. today to review those records and hear testimony from former police chief Joe Winkle, among others.

A New Castle woman has been arrested on three charges of Social Security fraud. 49-year old Viola Whalen is accused of receiving benefit payments for one of her children whose father had died.
