Delaware County Prosecutor Mark McKinney received as much as $100,000 over the past several years. This was related to forfeiture cases handled by the Drug Task Force over that period of time. McKinney indicates he reported this income on his tax returns, even though 1099 tax forms were not sent to him to cover the amount. Judge Richard Dailey has set another hearing at 1:30 p.m. today to review those records and hear testimony from former police chief Joe Winkle, among others.

An unidentified man robbed the Star Financial Bank in Lyndenbrook place yesterday at 9:30am. Police say the suspect is a six foot tall black male that weighed about 250 pounds. No suspect was found, but the police are checking the banks surveillance video for clues.
