Teen Back in Jail Yet Again

A teen who bonded out of jail two other times recently has been arrested again. Vernon T. Book, Jr. was found outside Southview Elementary School with a handgun and a bottle of liquor. He was arrested for the third time Monday night. He is already scheduled for trial on August 27th, for allegedly robbing the Mutual Federal Bank on south Madison Street. That crime was committed on March 24th.
