APD Lieutenant Had BAC of .16 When Arrested

Anderson police lieutenant Steve Olheiser tested twice the legal limit when he was arrested for DUI over the weekend. He had just left a concert at the Verizon Wireless Music Center when he was stopped. Ohlheiser was taken to the Noblesville Police Department, where a test determined his BAC of 0.16 at 12:45 a.m. Sunday. Anderson police officials are waiting on the outcome of Ohlheiser’s court case in Hamilton County before taking disciplinary action.
