It’s now thought the death of a Middletown man might have been due to an interrupted burgulary.  Michael Patterson was found dead in his home Monday afternoon.    His wife indicated jewelry was missing from the house.   There was also evidence of damage to the front door of the house, indicating a possible break-in.  At or about the same time, there were other burgularies, including two in Henry County, one in Madison County and one in Delaware County.
