New Rules in Effect in Delaware County DTF Seizures

New rules have been approved for drug forfeiture funds and property in Delaware County. This is as the result of the ongoing investigation of DTF seizures which has been going on several weeks now. The new rules were approved by Delaware County judges. Prosecutor Mark McKinney had no comment involving the new rules. He told the Star-Press that he was the target of “revenge and retaliation” for attempting to “clean up” the local justice system.
