Muncie Man Attacks House of Neighbor with Arrows

A Muncie man was arrested for shooting arrows at his neighbor’s house. Robert Koons got into an argument with a neighbor and then got a bow and arrow. He shot the arrows at the house. Koons was released from jail after posting $10,000 bond. He also has a past criminal record involving a number of convictions, including forgery and theft.
