Yet Another Trafficking Arrest at Pendelton

Seems they’ll never learn: an Indianapolis woman was arrested yesterday for trying to take marijuana into the Pendelton Correctional Facility. Cathy J. Kraning was arrested as a result. Officials said she had nearly 80 grams of marijuana she was trying to smuggle in to a prisoner at Pendelton.
