Another House Fire in Muncie Old West End

There was another house fire in Muncie’s Old West End neighborhood last night. 1024 W. Powers St., was the address of that fire. It broke out about 10 p.m. The previous night, there was a blaze in the same area, at 527 S. Elliott Street. No causes have been determined as of yet.
