Anderson Wilson Boys and Girls Club to Close

Anderson’s Wilson Boys and Girls Club will be closing down on November 26th. Citing a troubled economy, the club made the announcement yesterday. As many programs as possible will be relocated. The club served 760 young people in 2007, averaging 75 to 80 per day during the school year. The city of Anderson also excused unpaid utility bills in an effort to help the club.

Officer Released From Hospital; Visits City Hall
