Muncie Man Arrested in Theft Attempt at Car Dealership

A Muncie man has been arrested for trying to steal catalytic convertors from vehicles at an auto dealership. Arrested was Bobby J. Nealy. The alleged crime occured at Gaddis Chrysler Dodge on north Wheeling.
