Anderson Woman Gets Only Probation for Crimes

An Anderson woman who was caught breaking into Main Street Church of God in October 2007 will get a second chance in the legal arena. Amber Updegraff was sentenced to serve 30 days of probation yesterday.

Bank Robbery in Muncie
02.07.09An unidentified man robbed the Star Financial Bank in Lyndenbrook place yesterday at 9:30am. Police say the suspect is a six foot tall black male that weighed about 250 pounds. No suspect was found, but the police are checking the banks surveillance video for clues.
