Developers came to town Marion to learn about the VA Medical Center, the city and what the VA’s Office of Asset Enterprise Management would like to see on a 9.5-acre parcel at the heart of the campus. The VA hopes to enter into a 75-year lease with a private developer to utilize vacant buildings on campus and generate income for the department.
