BMH Clarian Deal Approved by All Parties

It’s a done deal. Plans for Muncie’s Cardinal Health System to join Indianapolis-based Clarian Health Partners have been given final approval by the boards of the two health care organizations. Everyone involved met this week and have now approved the deal, Cardinal president and CEO Kelly Stanley reported yesterday.
