There’s been no comment so far by Muncie Mayor Sharon McShurley, regarding the third arrest of the superintendent of Prairie Creek Reservoir. Jessica Koons was arrested again over the weekend for DUI.

January Unemployment Rate Out
11.03.10Indiana’s unemployment rate for January is 9-point-7 percent, the same as the revised numbers for December. State department of workforce development commissioner Teresa Voors says the rate “appears to be holding relatively stable based on the slowing of job losses.” Indiana continues to have the lowest unemployment rate among neighboring states.
