In a sad outcome to a missing person case, the remains of a missing Summitville man were found in a creek in northeastern Madison County. Michael Zalinksi had not been seen by family and friends since leaving a party in the Yorktown area more than two weeks ago. His pickup truck, and body were discovered in a creek southeast of Summitville along Madison County Road 1150-N between Madison County roads 400-E and 500-E.

An unidentified man robbed the Star Financial Bank in Lyndenbrook place yesterday at 9:30am. Police say the suspect is a six foot tall black male that weighed about 250 pounds. No suspect was found, but the police are checking the banks surveillance video for clues.
