City, county and state officials in Grant County and all of East Central Indiana were busy with slideoffs and vehicle crashes Tuesday, but there weren’t any major injuries. A man was taken to Marion General Hospital after the Quality Care ambulance he was riding in crashed into a tree on Grant County Road 400 East near 300 South. Aaron Smith was taken to the hospital for complaint of upper back and neck pain. Smith was a technician in the ambulance, driven by David Marshall Jr Marshall and a patient in the ambulance, Elsie Ritter,were uninjured in the crash. Ritter was taken to the hospital to be checked out.
