Indiana will have two new laws that take effect on Wednesday. The first law will ban all Indiana drivers under the age of eighteen from using a cell phone while driving, while the second law will require all school bus drivers to make sure all students are off their bus when they end their routes. The fine for breaking both laws will be five hundred dollars.

Six More Weeks Of Winter

Governor Signs Right-To-Work Into Law
02.02.12After a month of protests, walkouts and bitter debate, Indiana will become the 23rd right-to-work state. The Senate gave final approval to right-to-work 28-22, unchanged from the first vote on the bill last month. Governor Daniels signed the bill into law about three hours after the senate vote.
Wednesday Night Crash Kills One
02.02.12A man was killed Wednesday night in a one-vehicle accident along Ind. 3 in southern Delaware County.
