March of Dimes and Indianapolis Woman Magazine will be hosting the inaugural Mom of the Year Awards 2009. Nominations will be accepted now until Friday July 17th. A brief essay and photo are required with the nominations. Nominations can be done at indianpoliswoman.com or marchofdimes.com/Indiana.

Center Grove Schools And Teachers Reached Contract Agreement

Carmel Officials Have Saved Money
08.02.10Carmel officials say they have saved money in the past year. mayor Jim Brainerd says they saved 1.6 million dollars in it‘s general fund due to responsible spending. He says that left a cash balance of 9.9 million dollars. The city uses that money as an emergency fund.
