A new study has been planned to help reduce stress in the creation of the State’s next budget. Legislators spent six months arguing on how to spend the money. The Legislature hopes this two year study can help prove whether a formula can be standardized, instead of forcing negotiators to reinvent it with every budget.

SPICE DID NOT KILL MIDDLETOWN WOMAN

So says Madison County Coroner Ned Dunnichay after investigating the death of 29-year old Lilly Helsley.
