Franklin College Files Complaint

Franklin College has filed a Federal Complaint against Columbus, Ohio based Franklin University yesterday. Franklin College President Jay Mosely has said that the decision to take action was made after the University began an aggressive advertising campaign in Central Indiana to promote classes that are being offered in the Castleton are this fall. Mosely also stated that the complaint is an effort to protect the Franklin College trademark while shielding Alumni and students from confusion.

Governor Signs Right-To-Work Into Law
02.02.12After a month of protests, walkouts and bitter debate, Indiana will become the 23rd right-to-work state. The Senate gave final approval to right-to-work 28-22, unchanged from the first vote on the bill last month. Governor Daniels signed the bill into law about three hours after the senate vote.
Wednesday Night Crash Kills One
02.02.12A man was killed Wednesday night in a one-vehicle accident along Ind. 3 in southern Delaware County.
