New Bill For Lightweight Vehicles

A new bill will allow lightweight vehicles including Golf Carts on roads, but only in cities and towns that have passed ordinances that will authorize the vehicles. Some of the towns in WLBC land include Pendleton, Lapel, Frankton, and Chesterfield. The ordinances have restrictions; drivers can not drive on the highway, and they must have headlights on at night.
