Misconduct With Students Case

37 year old Marc Andrew Lobdell, will have to will have to wait until August 28 to be sentenced for his misconduct with students while he was working as a substitute teacher. Lobdell pleaded guilty to contributing to the delinquency of a minor, and battery. Lobdell will not serve more than 180 days in the Grant County Jail under the terms of the plea agreement.

Governor Signs Right-To-Work Into Law
02.02.12After a month of protests, walkouts and bitter debate, Indiana will become the 23rd right-to-work state. The Senate gave final approval to right-to-work 28-22, unchanged from the first vote on the bill last month. Governor Daniels signed the bill into law about three hours after the senate vote.
Wednesday Night Crash Kills One
02.02.12A man was killed Wednesday night in a one-vehicle accident along Ind. 3 in southern Delaware County.
