Marion Man Wins $100,000 on Scratch-Off

Loran Gifford of Marion has been playing the Hoosier Lottery since it started in 1989. An avid Colts fan, Gifford picked up a $100,000 Colts Cash scratch-off game from McClure Oil in Upland and won $100,000 INSTANTLY. He plans to purchase a new riding lawn mower with part of his winnings.
