Delaware County Health Department Has More of the H1N1 Vaccine

The Delaware County Health Department has received another limited amount of vaccine for H1N1 influenza. Again, only children ages 6 months to 18 may receive it. Call 747-7721 on today between 8:30 am – 4:30 pm to schedule an appointment. There will be no charge for this service. Additional vaccine is expected in the very near future.

WLBC LAND SOLDIER KILLED IN IRAQ
09.09.10A soldier from Wells County has been killed in a firefight in Iraq. 26-year old Phillip Jenkins of Decatur was part of a security operation at an Iraqi army base when an Iraqi soldier opened fire on the Americans. Jenkins and another soldier were killed, and several others were wounded.
