Student Food Drive Loading and Party on Thursday

The first regional Student Food Drive comes to a close as this week marks the Drive’s loading day and awards party on Thursday. Schools will make their final deliveries to the Second Harvest Food Bank beginning at 3 p.m. Approximately 30,000 pounds of non-perishable food items are expected to be loaded that evening.

Haiti Fundraiser Sunday at Grace United Methodist Church
12.03.10Members of the community are invited to attend a fundraiser dinner, Sunday from 11:30 to 1:30p, Fellowship Hall, Grace United Methodist Church in Hartford City. Members of the church will be serving a pork loin dinner with all the trimmings. Free will donations will be accepted and all proceeds will go to Haiti Relief.
