Today, The Madison County Health Department will conduct a drive thru clinic to provide H1N1 Flu Vaccine to select groups at 5 p.m. at Hoosier Park in Anderson. 2,200 to 2,500 doses should be available for distribution. Those who will be allowed to receive it – Pregnant women, Caregivers or household contacts of children younger than six months, Children age 6 months to adults age 24, Health care and emergency workers, and People 25 and older with pre-existing, chronic medical conditions.

A New Castle woman has been arrested on three charges of Social Security fraud. 49-year old Viola Whalen is accused of receiving benefit payments for one of her children whose father had died.
