Rachel Hoyt, a senior at Yorktown High School, was chosen 2010 Delaware County Junior Miss on Sunday during the Delaware County Junior Miss Scholarship Program. She also received the self-expression, scholarship and interview awards.

I 465 Crash Stopped Traffic
10.03.10A three-vehicle crash on I-465 on the north side of Indianapolis shut down all eastbound lanes of traffic. State police say the interstate remained closed until after 9 p.m. while repairs are made to the roadway, which was damaged in the crash.
