Alexandria had their own version of a tanker truck – an empty milk truck tanker – accident yesterday that closed Indiana 9 for several hours. Two vehicles and the truck were involved.

It’s Groundhog Day and at 7:25 a.m., Punxsutawney Phil saw his shadow. According to lore, we’ll get six more weeks of winter. A side note: Punxsutawney Phil has a 39% accuracy rate.
After a month of protests, walkouts and bitter debate, Indiana will become the 23rd right-to-work state. The Senate gave final approval to right-to-work 28-22, unchanged from the first vote on the bill last month. Governor Daniels signed the bill into law about three hours after the senate vote.
A man was killed Wednesday night in a one-vehicle accident along Ind. 3 in southern Delaware County.
