Pendleton Community Public Library will have Sen. Richard Lugar as the final distinguished guest of the Indiana Living Biography Series at 7 p.m. Dec. 14 in the library’s community room. The Indiana Living Biography Series profiles four Indiana legends over the course of the year. Past guests include singer-songwriter Bill Gaither, Sen. Evan Bayh, and basketball legend Bobby “Slick” Leonard.
