Middletown physician Dr. Phillip D. Foley’s license was suspended by the Indiana Medical Licensing Board for 90 days on October 22 – now he faces further punishment from the state. Claiming Foley recklessly prescribed narcotics and controlled substances to known addicts, contributing to the deaths of nine patients. Now, they are seeking an extension of the summary or emergency suspension

Center grove schools and the teachers union have reached a tentative contract agreement. Members are set to meet Monday to vote on the deal. Details of the agreement will not be released until Monday night.
