Chesterfield Arbitrator Wants Employees Re-hired With Back Pay

Chesterfield – an arbitrator ruled yesterday that two former town employees implicated in the theft of more than $250,000 in town funds has ordered they be returned to their jobs — with back pay. But the town’s clerk-treasurer says that the town would contest the arbitration process and fight to keep them fired.
