Brevini Wind, Inc. held a “Topping Off” ceremony at their nearly completed, new state-of-the-art manufacturing facility in the Park One Business Park in Delaware County Yesterday. Brevini’s capital investment in Delaware County is projected to be $62.5 million with 455 new jobs created. Congressman Mike Pence, who attended yesterday’s ceremony, noted how great this investment, technology, and jobs are for Delaware County in a time of high unemployment.

After a month of protests, walkouts and bitter debate, Indiana will become the 23rd right-to-work state. The Senate gave final approval to right-to-work 28-22, unchanged from the first vote on the bill last month. Governor Daniels signed the bill into law about three hours after the senate vote.
A man was killed Wednesday night in a one-vehicle accident along Ind. 3 in southern Delaware County.
