A serial bank robber struck again at the same bank branch he robbed in Indianapolis less than a month ago. FBI special agent Wendy Osborne said the robber took an undisclosed amount of cash from the fifth third bank on the northeast side of Indianapolis yesterday morning. She says the same person robbed that branch on November 25 and is also responsible for two other robberies in Indianapolis since October 30. A reward of up to $10,000 is available for information on the robber.

After a month of protests, walkouts and bitter debate, Indiana will become the 23rd right-to-work state. The Senate gave final approval to right-to-work 28-22, unchanged from the first vote on the bill last month. Governor Daniels signed the bill into law about three hours after the senate vote.
A man was killed Wednesday night in a one-vehicle accident along Ind. 3 in southern Delaware County.
