LifeStream is an award-winning, accredited non-profit organization that works to provide people with independent living options. The agency’s headquarters are in Yorktown with satellite offices in New Castle, Winchester, Portland, Marion, and Anderson. LifeStream is looking for volunteers, and if your New Year resolution includes becoming more involved in your community, LifeStream might have the right opportunity for you. Governor Signs Right-To-Work Into Law
02.02.12After a month of protests, walkouts and bitter debate, Indiana will become the 23rd right-to-work state. The Senate gave final approval to right-to-work 28-22, unchanged from the first vote on the bill last month. Governor Daniels signed the bill into law about three hours after the senate vote.
Wednesday Night Crash Kills One
02.02.12A man was killed Wednesday night in a one-vehicle accident along Ind. 3 in southern Delaware County.
