Indiana health officials say about 70,000 doses of a recalled swine flu vaccine have already been used in the state. Drug maker, MedImmune, recalled nearly 5 million doses of swine flu vaccine Tuesday because the nasal spray appears to lose strength over time. State Health Commissioner Judy Monroe said Wednesday that about 110,000 doses were distributed in Indiana, and most have been used. Monroe says the recalled vaccine poses no safety problems and children who received only one dose of the two-dose immunization series should complete the second dose.
