Travel warnings were issued in 10 counties Saturday morning due to blowing and drifting snow. There was much confusion about definitions of these travel advisories – with some events and businesses canceling or closing, and some staying open or as-scheduled when they should not have done so.

Haiti Fundraiser Sunday at Grace United Methodist Church
12.03.10Members of the community are invited to attend a fundraiser dinner, Sunday from 11:30 to 1:30p, Fellowship Hall, Grace United Methodist Church in Hartford City. Members of the church will be serving a pork loin dinner with all the trimmings. Free will donations will be accepted and all proceeds will go to Haiti Relief.
