New Bill to Help College Building Projects

A bill designed to streamline the financing process for university and
college building projects in the state is headed to the governor’s desk.
The plan would allow the institutions to finance grant and contract
applications loans for the full amount, instead of the current 80 percent.
Supporters say the change could spur job creation and economic development.
