Initial tests done on human remains found Friday between the Richmond State Hospital and the Wayne County Fairgrounds have revealed the first indications of the person’s identity. Richmond police said today tests showed the remains belong to a white male over 50 years of age. Investigators indicated the body had been at the site for at least two years. There was nothing found that indicated there was foul play involved.

After a month of protests, walkouts and bitter debate, Indiana will become the 23rd right-to-work state. The Senate gave final approval to right-to-work 28-22, unchanged from the first vote on the bill last month. Governor Daniels signed the bill into law about three hours after the senate vote.
A man was killed Wednesday night in a one-vehicle accident along Ind. 3 in southern Delaware County.
