A judge is raising the possibility of disciplinary charges against the lawyer for the accuser in the Carmel High School assault case. Hamilton Superior Judge William Hughes is upset Robert Turner, the attorney for the accuser in the Carmel case, released a Department of Child Services report on accusations that four Carmel basketball players held down Turner‘s client and assaulted him. DCS reports are confidential, but Turner says the state agency told him it was alright for him to release the report.
