Officials in Yorktown have given final approval to a plan to repave several streets. The Yorktown Town Council will spend $248-thousand on the projects, which will also include a new walking and biking trail along Tiger Drive. E-&-B Paving was the winning bidder for the work.

Governor Signs Right-To-Work Into Law
02.02.12After a month of protests, walkouts and bitter debate, Indiana will become the 23rd right-to-work state. The Senate gave final approval to right-to-work 28-22, unchanged from the first vote on the bill last month. Governor Daniels signed the bill into law about three hours after the senate vote.
Wednesday Night Crash Kills One
02.02.12A man was killed Wednesday night in a one-vehicle accident along Ind. 3 in southern Delaware County.
