Students at a Muncie school will be getting more instructional time in an effort to improve reading skills. It’s called Muncie-P-3, or MP3 for short, a program at Longfellow Elementary School designed to get kids reading at grade level by the time they’re 3rd graders. Ball State, the Buley Community Center, and the Huffer Memorial Children’s Center are partners in the project.

Officer Released From Hospital; Visits City Hall
