MOPED DRIVER STILL SERIOUS

A Muncie man remains hospitalized in serious condition after his moped was hit by an SUV. 23-year old Eugenio Avila-Hernandez was making a left turn into a convenience store parking lot near the intersection of McGalliard and Morrison roads Wednesday when the crash occurred. He’s being treated for head and facial injuries at Ball Memorial Hospital.

Governor Signs Right-To-Work Into Law
02.02.12After a month of protests, walkouts and bitter debate, Indiana will become the 23rd right-to-work state. The Senate gave final approval to right-to-work 28-22, unchanged from the first vote on the bill last month. Governor Daniels signed the bill into law about three hours after the senate vote.
