An Anderson dairy has won the bidding process to buy a sliver of land at a city park. The Anderson Park Board has given unanimous approval to a $10,000 bid from Prairie Farms Dairy. The company will use a six-tenths of an acre section of Shadyside Park to expand its operation, a move the company says will save 160 local jobs. The sale is contingent on federal government approval.
