Nearly a third of the 154 complaints filed against Indiana’s casinos in 2009 went unanswered. That’s because a staff member at the Indiana Gaming Commission hid dozens of the complaints instead of processing them. State officials say 11 of the 19 complaints filed against Hoosier Park in Anderson were among those that went unanswered.

Governor Signs Right-To-Work Into Law
02.02.12After a month of protests, walkouts and bitter debate, Indiana will become the 23rd right-to-work state. The Senate gave final approval to right-to-work 28-22, unchanged from the first vote on the bill last month. Governor Daniels signed the bill into law about three hours after the senate vote.
