Delaware County officials want their wind vane or their money back—or more accurately, your money back, $255,000 of it. That’s how much the county paid to VAT to put a wind vane near Interstate 69 to symbolize the county’s push for green energy jobs. The wind vane still isn’t in place, and the county says it wants the structure or a refund.

Governor Signs Right-To-Work Into Law
02.02.12After a month of protests, walkouts and bitter debate, Indiana will become the 23rd right-to-work state. The Senate gave final approval to right-to-work 28-22, unchanged from the first vote on the bill last month. Governor Daniels signed the bill into law about three hours after the senate vote.
