Finalists Named For ACS Board

The Anderson Community Schools board has selected three finalists to vie for the seat vacated by Tyrone Vertner. The three candidates are Virginia Chapman, Danny McGhee and Amber Dietz. The three will be interviewed during a public meeting at 6 p.m. Monday in Anderson High School’s auditorium. The board will vote on the new member the following evening immediately after a closed session at 5 p.m., also in the auditorium.
