Investigators blame a small-plane crash near Chicago – that killed a pilot from central Indiana and three passengers – on his decision to keep flying in poor weather. The single-engine plane crashed November 26, 2011, killing the pilot, Ray Harris of Marion, his daughters Ramie and Shey Harris and their friend 22-year-old Chris Backus. Shey Harris was a junior at Anderson University. The National Transportation Board ruled that Ray Harris became disoriented and lost control of the plane.
