Watch For Road Work At SR3 North Of New Castle

Road work on State Road Three north of New Castle began at 7 this morning. The Indiana Department of Transportation has restricted the northbound center turn lane as they refurbish more than two and a half miles of roadway between S.R. 38 and East County Road 300 South. Two lanes of northbound S.R. 3 will remain open to traffic.
