Commish To Consider Homeowner Stormwater Credits

A program that will allow commercial properties to receive credits to reduce their stormwater bills was adopted this week by the Muncie Sanitary District’s board of commissioners. Board members now say they will consider extending similar breaks to local homeowners. This comes after member Tom Bennington last month suggested such an effort could create an “administrative nightmare”.
