Two men, one from Blackford County and the other from northwestern Indiana, face felony charges over the discovery of a meth lab near the Water Bowl.
41-year-old Mark W. Justice, of Hartford City, is charged with dealing in meth.
He and co-defendant Shane Anthony Williams, of LaPorte, are each charged with possession of precursors and maintaining a common nuisance.
The men were apprehended Tuesday afternoon north of Muncie near the Water Bowl. It’s there that Justice was allegedly manufacturing meth. Justice was convicted of dealing in meth in Jay County and dealing in a controlled substance in Blackford County, both in 2009.
